Grazing, a specialist in office and venue catering, has secured a three-year contract to manage catering services at Virgin Group’s new London headquarters.
Earlier this month, Virgin Group’s 400 team members relocated to their new four-story, 24,000 sq ft office at Whitfield Studios, a former recording studio in London’s Soho.
Grazing has been selected to manage all catering services at the building, including staff dining, events, hospitality, and pantry provision. The company distinguished itself during the tender process with its strong commitment to sustainability—90% of its deliveries are made using zero-emissions cargo bikes, and all food is delivered in reusable or recyclable Verive packaging.
Sam Hurst, CEO of Grazing, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Virgin Group at their new Whitfield Studios headquarters.
“Sustainability has been a priority for Virgin throughout the design, build and procurement of the new office and the team felt there was an alignment of values between the two businesses, and appreciated our flexible business model. We look forward to building a great working relationship with them over the coming years.”
The contract marks Grazing’s latest achievement in a year of significant growth, including a 30% increase in business, a 50% expansion of its central production unit’s capacity, and its recent acquisition by Restaurant Associates, a division of Compass Group.
