Brazilian barbeque concept, Cabana is looking to raise £5m in new funds to support plans to open 15 new restaurants across the next three years.
The group, which was founded by London restaurateur Jamie Barber, currently operates seven restaurants and reported like-for-like sales growth of 14% in April.
Barber also operates Hush Brasseries Group and raised £2m for Hush and £3m for Cabana last year from existing high-profile shareholders.
