TGI Fridays, the American-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar chain, has introduced Steph Williams as its new People and Culture Director, effective immediately.
Steph Williams joins the executive team with a substantial background in human resources and people development. In her prior position as Head of HR for B&M Retail, she played a crucial role in implementing the brand's People Strategy for a workforce of 36,000 individuals across UK retail stores and distribution centers.
Williams says of her new role: 'I'm delighted to be joining TGI Fridays at what is such an exciting time for the business.
