Restaurant group, Cabana Brasiian Barbecue has secured two new London outlets. They will opening at the Designer Outlet, Wembley at the end of October and on Upper Street, Islington in December, thanks to £3.5m of new funding.
Two million pounds of the funding was raised from existing shareholders, including Nick Leslau, the property investor who heads up the Max Property Group and Jonathan Lander, chief executive of investment firm Volvere., while the additional £1.5m is from a debt facility from HSBC.
Cabana, which was recently named the F&B Retailer of the Year at Westfield Stratford by Westfield, opened its first site in November 2011 and now operates sites in Westfield Stratford, Westfield White City and Covent Garden. It is thought to be in talks for two new sites in South and North London.
