DEZ AMORE OPENS FIRST RESTAURANT ON SLOANE STANLEY’S FULHAM ROAD

The Sloane Stanley Estate has announced that Dez Amore, the Italian street food concept, has opened its first restaurant in a 1,178 sq ft space at 273 Fulham Road, a stone’s throw from ethically sourced coffee operator Kiss The Hippo and Claude Bosi’s French neighbourhood restaurant, Josephine.

The new site marks Dez Amore’s first standalone restaurant space, specialising in traditional Italian dishes with a unique and contemporary twist, and follows the brand’s success across several market-led destinations such as Camden, Mercato Mayfair, and Boxpark. Dez Amore’s menu boasts a range of pasta, pizza, burgers, and antipasti, as well as desserts such as chocolate and pistachio cheesecake. The space evokes a cosy, rustic and joyful atmosphere, paying homage to founders Leonardo Masi and Simone Parentini’s traditional Italian roots, and has been designed by Timothee Studio.

Leonardo Masi, Co-Founder at Dez Amore, said: “We are very proud because this restaurant represents our first space outside of a food hall. This is our flagship store, the first of a long series, and a space where you can really immerse yourself in our reality: living a true Italian experience signed Dez Amore. In the colours, in the flavours, in the fragrances. I have dedicated my life to cooking, my true passion between pasta, bread and pizza. This store represents an achievement and an important milestone on a personal level as well.”

Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley, commented: “We have dedicated a lot of time over the last few months to elevate our F&B offer, and it’s great to see it take shape with the opening of Dez Amore, and many more to follow in the coming weeks. Dez Amore have showcased its success and popularity across London, and it will be fantastic to have a thriving pizza and pasta operator in the heart of our estate.”

The opening of Dez Amore adds to a raft of new F&B concepts set to join the Sloane Stanley estate in the coming months, bolstering its position as true Chelsea with a varied mix of retail and restaurant offers. Fantomas, the new concept behind George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilya Demichev, is set to open on King’s Road later this summer, as well as Alley Cats, the New York-style pizzeria, which will open its second site in London at the beginning of August, further reinforcing the appeal of Sloane Stanley’s diverse neighbourhood.

Miles Commercial and Levy Real Estate represent the Sloane Stanley Estate, whilst Chiara Ciroldi acted on behalf of Dez Amore.
