Sticks 'n' Sushi is to open three new UK outlets in Cambridge, Oxford and the new development by Land Securities, Nova, in London's Victoria.
The Cambridge and Oxford restaurants will be the brand's first launches beyond London.
The Cambridge site is to open in May in the historic Guildhall listed building, and the Victoria eatery is set to open in the autumn. The Oxford outlet will open in Westgate next year.
Sticks 'n' Sushi currently operates four London sites in Wimbledon, Greenwich, Covent Garden, and Canary Wharf.
