Bunzl has announced this week that it has acquired Woodway, a leading supplier of both packaging products and solutions to a variety of end user customers in a number of market sectors throughout the UK.
Based in Northampton, the business specialises in supporting the e-commerce activities of customers operating in the retail supplies sector. Revenue in the year to 30 June 2016 was £31m.
