Office and event catering specialists, Kudos Delivered, catered for 400 guests at the launch of the new LEGO exhibition, The Art of The Brick: DC Super Heroes, in a purpose-built marquee on London’s South Bank.
The exhibition, created by famed international LEGO artist Nathan Sawaya, reached London after a triumphant spell in Madrid and showcased over 120 separate, large-scale pieces of art comprising of over two million LEGO bricks. The brand new exhibition promises to please adults, children and art lovers alike by immersing viewers in Sawaya’s interpretations of famous DC characters such as Batman, Superman and Wonderwoman as well as iconic vehicles such as the Batmobile.
Kudos Delivered were tasked with providing the catering for the opening event and were given a brief of creating eye-catching miniature delights. Kudos Delivered’s Head Chef, Richard Webb met this brief by creating a menu that featured: pressed ham hock terrine with a piccalilli sauce that packed a punch, mini but mighty minted lamb wellington with tzatziki, fantastic feta, wild mushroom & chive tartlets and beetroot smoked super salmon & cream cheese buckwheat blinis.
