The Ivy is to create 125 jobs at a new brasserie due to open in Harrogate in November.
The building will undergo refurbishment before opening as an all-day dining bar and restaurant, with a capacity to serve 135 diners inside, and another 48 on the garden roof terrace.
The brasserie, which will serve up a classic British menu, will be overseen by Group Chef Director, Mark Askew, who previously stood as Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay Holdings.
The Ivy Harrogate will be open seven days a week offering a full service from breakfast through to dinner.
