Sticks’n’Sushi is to open two major new restaurants on Beak Street, Soho and King’s Road, Chelsea this summer. The latter will be its largest restaurant anywhere to date - demonstrating the group's confidence in the London restaurant market.
Sticks’n’Sushi King’s Road, which like all of the group’s restaurants will be individually designed, will offer a new style of guest experience for the brand, with each of its three floors having a different ambience.
The openings, Sticks’n’Sushi’s eighth and ninth UK restaurants and sixth and seventh in London, will create 150 new hospitality jobs at all levels, with a significant recruitment campaign commencing in early 2018.
There will also be career-progression opportunities for existing staff; one example of Sticks’n’Sushi’s commitment to developing their people is Eni Hoti, General Manager at Sticks’n’Sushi Victoria, who at 25 is the group’s youngest GM having joined the company as a waiter at the first UK restaurant in Wimbledon in 2012.
