Caffè Nero has introduced a new Veganero menu offering a range of vegan products, which includes savoury and sweet options.
On sale from this Wednesday, 8 January, customers can enjoy vegan croissants, sausage rolls and soups.
The new Veganero menu offers:
Savoury selection
- Vegan 'Sausage' Roll - roasted butternut squash, courgette and sweet potato in vegan puff pastry.
- Vegan 'Meatball' Panini - meat-free meatballs with a rich tomato ragu, vegan cheese, mayo and spinach.
- Vegan Sweetcorn Fritter with Chutney Coleslaw Flatbread - sweetcorn fritters with coleslaw, San Marzano tomato chutney and rocket in a flatbread.
- Vegan Mushroom, Tomato and Potato Rosti Ciabatta - portobello and chestnut mushrooms with a crispy potato Rosti, tomato and spinach
- Vegan Deli Sandwich - Sweet potato, spicy began mayonnaise and Smokey tomatoes on Italian pane Pugiliese bread.
Sweet options
- Vegan Raspberry Croissant - freshly baked in store, the new vegan croissant is made in exactly the same way as the fine butter croissant, with same proofing and resting times, only with a combination of natural oils instead.
- Vegan Salted Caramel and Chocolate Cheesecake - the cheese has been replaced with a blend of non-dairy soft cheese and coconut milk.
- Vegan Porridge - made fresh to order with vegan-friendly milk.

- Vegan Roasted Beetroot, Carrot and Mixed Grain Salad
- Vegan Tricolore Cherry Tomato, Cucumber and Radish Bowl Salad
