World-famous restaurant The Fat Duck celebrates 30 years with the legendary Tuscan vineyard Tenuta San Guido

The Fat Duck is honoured to celebrate 30 years of collaboration with Tenuta San Guido, one of the world’s most respected and revered vineyards and producer of three wines: Guidalberto, Le Difese and the world-renowned Sassicaia. This event will be a marriage made in gastronomic heaven, showcasing the culinary artistry of The Fat Duck kitchen, accompanied by the prestigious wines of Tenuta San Guido.

On 12 November for £980 per person, guests will have a rare opportunity to enjoy a meticulously crafted nine-course menu, perfectly paired with outstanding vintages from this renowned estate. The event will be guided by Priscilla della Rocchetta, granddaughter of Tenuta San Guido founder Mario Incisa della Rocchetta, who created the Sassicaia wine that has since been rated among the world’s finest.

The Fat Duck founder Heston Blumenthal OBE said: “The first case of wine I ever bought was Sassicaia. I love this wine, and The Fat Duck has a long history of serving vintages from Tenuta San Guido. As we celebrate our thirtieth birthday, it’s the perfect time to showcase what this incredible vineyard has to offer.”
