Aramark UK has appointed Daniel Clark as Managing Director to lead its newly formed Sports & Entertainment division.
Previously serving as Global Account Director for Aramark’s Merlin Entertainments portfolio, Clark has overseen foodservice operations at iconic destinations such as LEGOLAND, Chessington World of Adventures, Alton Towers, and Thorpe Park.
Before joining Aramark, Clark held several senior roles within the industry, driving substantial growth at prominent venues such as London Stadium, Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, Wembley Stadium, and the O2 Arena.
As Managing Director, Clark will play a key role in advancing Aramark UK’s growing Sports & Entertainment division, which now encompasses Merlin Entertainments along with major new contracts at Everton Stadium and Sussex County Cricket Club.
