Danish-owned Japanese restaurant group, Sticks’n’Sushi has announced the opening of its latest restaurant in Westfield London, which is set to open in December this year.
Sticks’n’Sushi White City will be the group’s eighth restaurant in London* and tenth restaurant across the UK and marks the 10-year anniversary of the restaurant group’s first opening the UK, continuing their measured and highly successful expansion over the decade.
The new restaurant opening will create 50 new jobs throughout all operations of the new restaurant and provide further opportunity for existing Sticks’n’Sushi employees.
Located near the main entrance of Westfield London, the new 120-cover restaurant is across two, beautifully designed floors, drawing inspiration from both Japanese minimalism and Danish hygge, known as Japandi, to create a warm and welcoming space.
Each Sticks’n’Sushi location is individually designed, and the new restaurant is elegantly curated with an open kitchen so guests can directly experience the skill and delicate work that goes into each and every plate.
The menu at Sticks’n’Sushi White City will serve the high-quality, fresh food for which the restaurant group is known, offering a unique combination of traditional sushi and yakitori sticks from the grill, and retaining guest favourites such as the much-loved ‘Ebi Bites’ and popular ‘Hotate Kataifi’, made with scallops, miso aioli and trout roe.
Guests can complete their meal by choosing from the unique and extensive drinks list, including perfectly mixed Japanese-inspired cocktails, warming sake, and a varied list of delicate Japanese teas, which all pair perfectly with the fresh flavours of Sticks’n’Sushi dishes.

The new restaurant will launch just before Christmas and will be open 7 days a week. Both delivery and collection will also be available.
