The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair launches

The luxury boutique hotel, Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, has unveiled its 77 private residences for booking, eight months after its grand opening.

Ranging from one to two bedrooms, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair have been designed by London-based Studio Indigo, the same team behind the hotel’s 50 bedrooms and suites.

Each of the 77 apartments boasts a kitchen designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, complete with integrated Gaggenau and Miele appliances and a wine fridge. The residences also feature separate living and dining areas, en-suite bathrooms, and a dedicated powder room for guests.

Some residences also feature private terraces overlooking Hanover Square.

Guests will have access to hotel amenities, including the Japanese Akira Back restaurant, the ABar Lounge, and the soon-to-open ABar Rooftop. Additionally, they can enjoy the spa, which offers treatments from Swiss Perfection, OTO, and Seed to Skin Tuscany, along with a health and fitness concept in partnership with BodySpace.

Residence guests will also enjoy additional services, including in-residence dining, a complimentary minibar, housekeeping, valet service, and access to the house car, among other offerings.

With a minimum stay of three nights and a maximum of 90 nights per year, one-bedroom apartments are available for booking now, starting at £2,420 per night.

The Mandarin Oriental Mayfair hotel opened its doors in June of last year.
