Levy UK + Ireland signs 10-Year extension with Aston Villa

Levy UK + Ireland, the sports division of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has extended its partnership with Aston Villa Football Club through a new 10-year contract.

This follows the completion of a five-month refurbishment at Villa Park, which reimagined 14 existing hospitality areas into three new venues, featuring upgraded kitchen facilities and enhanced menus.

The renovation also introduced 1,300 new seats classified as General Admission Plus or Premium.

As part of the partnership, Levy will provide catering on match days and at Aston Villa’s training ground, Bodymoor Heath, with an enhanced emphasis on technology and sustainability.

Kerb, a street food trader backed by Compass, has curated a selection of local, independent vendors for Villa Park, featuring names like Flying Cow, Street Souvlaki, and The Currywurst.

Jon Davies, chief executive officer at Levy UK + Ireland, said: “This collaboration allows us to showcase our dedication to innovation in food, technology, and sustainable practices, all while delivering exceptional experiences for the Villa fanbase.”

Chris Heck, president of business operations at Aston Villa, added: “We are only as good as the company we keep, and we want best-in-class partnerships. Our collaboration with Levy is exactly that – a true partnership with the best in the hospitality space. We’re incredibly proud of what we achieved together in such a short timeframe last summer and are excited to see what we can accomplish over the years to come. Innovation and improvements will continue across Villa Park to cement our status as a world class venue.”

The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
