Lola’s announces new spring openings at London travel hubs

Lola’s is experiencing a growth surge this spring, with two new locations opening at major London travel hubs: Paddington Station on 18 April and Clapham Junction on 28 April. These openings come just weeks after the launch of its latest store in Solihull.

Both high-footfall station locations are a key part of the brand’s expansion strategy, aiming to meet customers where they are—ranging from commuter routes to popular shopping destinations.

The Paddington location is a four-month pop-up in the former Paddington in Peru site. It will kick off with a giveaway of 300 mini cupcakes on launch day to drive awareness and increase foot traffic.

Following closely, Clapham Junction, one of the UK’s busiest rail interchanges, will introduce a newly designed permanent kiosk. The custom-built unit is optimised for maximum visibility, operational efficiency, and flexibility, featuring digital menu boards, a branded backdrop, lockable sliding doors, and refrigerated displays.

“These two new openings mark the next chapter in Lola’s journey,” says Asher Budwig, Managing Director of Lola’s. “We’ve always believed in being part of people’s everyday routines – whether it’s a birthday, a train ride, or a Monday afternoon pick-me-up. With Paddington and Clapham Junction, we’re bringing Lola’s to two of London’s most vital commuter arteries.

“To the end of February, group sales are up 7.5% on 2024 numbers, and we’re just getting started. With Solihull now open, and Paddington and Clapham Junction both launching before the end of April, we’re on track for a strong year. We plan to open at least three to five more sites in the remainder of 2025.”

Lola’s currently operates more than 30 locations across Greater London and the South East, including standalone shops, concessions, and units at stations.
