Bleecker Burger is set to open its seventh location on Baker Street in London this April, continuing its expansion.
The fast food restaurant's newest location comes shortly after the opening of an outlet at Kerb's Seven Dials market last month.
The Baker Street location will feature 28 covers and offer delivery, making it the group's largest site to date.
For the first time in its history, the group has taken out a loan to support its expansion.
Zan Kaufman, chief executive of Bleecker, said: “After 12 years, we’re taking a bold leap with our first-ever loan, fuelling our growth while staying true to what matters most: epic food, an incredible team and standing up for what’s right.”
The Baker Street menu will feature Bleecker’s award-winning bacon double burger, along with a cheeseburger, blue cheese burger, and the vegan Symplicity burger. Sides will include house fries and angry fries, drenched in hot sauce.
Bleecker started in 2012 with a food truck and has steadily expanded to seven locations, all in London.
A year ago, the group committed to paying the London Living Wage and has since provided long-term support to several charities.
It also won the National Burger of the Year 2024 competition with its bacon double burger.
